ProStar Management incorporates Protector Aluminium & Glass (AU & NZ) and ProStar Joinery (AU & NZ).
PAG manufacture or supply aluminium and glass pool fencing & balustrading, boundary fencing, slat & decorative screens, security and screen doors. Stocked exclusively in Bunnings stores across Australia & NZ.
PSJ manufacture Bunnings’ LUGNA Brand of multi-fit joinery.
In addition, they offer supply and install to Bunnings’ commercial clients.

- Dramatically improved processes, procedures and reporting systems.
- Generated Sales & Support team KPI tracking and reporting system to increase efficiencies.
- Rolled out MYOB Advanced ERP system and wrote the support manual.
- Rolled out new range of in-store products and CSO offerings.
- Utilised change management and personality profiling techniques to instil a positive team culture.
- Complete overhaul of our representation of over 12 thousand products on the Bunnings website.
- Utilised analytics to save the company hundreds of thousands of dollars and generate millions more.
